Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the plant must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • Exchanges: If you receive a plant that is damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange it for a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt to initiate the exchange process.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and process your refund or exchange promptly upon receipt of the returned plant.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Please note that certain items, such as gift cards, sale items, and perishable goods, are non-returnable.
